This large sliced sourdough tin loaf (approx. 800g) is a local favourite, made almost entirely from regeneratively grown white wheat flour from the Lockerley Estate, also home to our second market garden. The roller-milled flour creates a soft, pale crumb while maintaining the full character of real, naturally fermented sourdough.
