This spice comes from freshly dried and ground peppers. This is a Spanish Paprika of mild heat and a good all-around flavor.
It is used liberally in European Cooking from West to East, it is a popular spice. In Indian cooking, Paprika Powder is used in recipes requiring rich red gravies.
It's also used as a garnish on rice, egg, cheese, and salad dishes.
Simple Marinade 1 tbs Paprika Powder 1 tsp ground black pepper 2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp salt A good glug of olive oil
Mix together to make a paste. Soak meat or soya protein mince in the marinade until ready to cook.
