A truly local, artisan sourdough loaf, weighing approximately 800g and made with care using regeneratively grown wheat flour from the Lockerley Estate, also home to our second market garden. This flour is roller-milled, resulting in a super-white, soft-textured sourdough that’s perfect for sandwiches and toasting. Though lighter in colour, it’s still a true sourdough, naturally fermented and baked for rich flavour, a mild tang, and great keeping quality. Perfect for everyday use.
