Kimchi Fried Rice Meal Kit

Kimchi Fried Rice Kit with Crispy Fried Eggs (serves 4).

Punchy, tangy and seriously moreish. Organic kimchi fried with jasmine rice, crunchy cabbage and carrots until it caramelises and crisps in the pan, then topped with a golden, lacy-edged fried egg from our own Lockerley hens. A brilliant midweek dinner that tastes like a takeaway.

Includes a full jar of Loving Foods Organic Kimchi, organic brown jasmine rice, 6 of our own free range eggs, pointed cabbage, carrots, spring onions and garlic. You'll just need oil and salt, plus soy sauce and sesame oil if you have them.

Four portions for around £4.50 each, with kimchi, rice, eggs and half a cabbage left over. Recipe card included, and everything arrives in its original packaging. Vegetarian.
