Everything you need for a proper autumn risotto in one click. Sweet roasted squash, sage fried crisp in butter, and a sharp organic cheddar stirred through at the end, which is our twist on the classic and works beautifully with squash.

Includes squash, onions, garlic, sage, celery tops, 500g organic white risotto rice, organic vegetable stock, Calon Wen butter and Calon Wen extra mature cheddar.

Serves 4 for around £5.50 a head, with butter, stock, cheese and rice left over for the rest of the week. Recipe card included, and everything arrives in its original packaging.

Prefer brown rice? Add Risotto Rice, Brown to your order and we’ll swap it for the white. It gives a nuttier, heartier bowl and takes a little longer to cook.
