Raw British Borage Honey - UK Great Taste Award Winning

This delightful Borage Honey is one of our Special Edition mono-floral honeys. Produced by bees foraging predominantly on one, specific crop - in this case Borage. Borage produces individual bright blue flowers, often called the “star flower” because of their shape, and honeybees adore them. This single source honey is quite special; runny and with a distinctive light, floral tone. In its liquid state its light in colour (almost transparent) and goes a lovely pure white when set. Its taste is loved by our customers and its something quite unique and loved. We always have returning customers asking for Borage. The light tastes goes great in drinks, drizzled on salads, used as a glaze for a roast or as a substitute for sugar.
