Our take on a takeaway favourite. Charred broccoli and carrots tossed in a rich, creamy peanut and coconut satay with a gentle jalapeño kick, served over jasmine rice and finished with fresh spring onions. On the table in about 35 minutes.

Includes a full jar of Butter Bike Co Hot Jalapeño Peanut Butter, organic coconut milk, broccoli, carrots, spring onions, garlic, fresh ginger and organic brown jasmine rice. You’ll just need oil and salt, plus soy sauce and a lime if you have them.

Four portions for around £4.75 each, with peanut butter, rice and carrots left over. Recipe card included, and everything arrives in its original packaging.
