Castagno's Organic Wholegrain Spelt Fusilli is made from 100% certified organic wholegrain spelt flour — an ancient variety of wheat (Triticum spelta) known for its rich, complex flavour, higher protein content and excellent digestibility compared to modern wheat.
The wholegrain version retains the full spelt kernel, delivering a deeply nutty, earthy flavour and a substantial fibre hit that the white spelt version can't match. Bronze-die extruded for proper sauce-grip, this fusilli is brilliant with earthy mushroom sauces, roasted root vegetables and hearty winter pasta dishes.
