Tuscan Farmhouse Soup Kit: White Bean, Cavolo Nero & Thyme (serves 6)

The kind of soup Tuscan farmhouses have been making for centuries, with Hampshire ingredients. Creamy white beans, tender potatoes and our own cavolo nero, cut fresh at Lockerley, simmered slowly with garlic and fresh thyme until rich and warming. A meal on its own, even better the next day, and it freezes beautifully.

Includes organic cannellini beans, chopped tomatoes, our cavolo nero, new potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, cooking celery, fresh thyme and organic vegetable stock. You’ll just need olive oil, salt and pepper.

Six big bowls for just over £3 each, with carrots, onions and stock left over for the week. Recipe card included, and everything arrives in its original packaging.
